Now I understand what you were talking about at the Cafe!

What would sucha framework look like do you think? I think its easy to get into a position of inaction due to not knowing. "What should I do when I know that I dont know?" Personally, I try to stay clear those philosophical rabbitholes.

If you don't engage with "philosophical rabbit holes", how would you figure out where to start? Sometimes you don’t have anything more concrete to go on.

This will be the most abstract post on this topic though.

I have a few ideas for frameworks, but I want to work more on them before I try to describe them to others

Yes, I am not saying that you shouldn't engage in philosophy. On the contrary, I think philosophical debate is very important to help disambiguate, reason and muse about problems. I also think admitting that our knowledge is limited is better than to claim you have all the answers, or charge ahead without thinking. And then there's the other extreme where you get so afraid you fear that action or taking a stance is worse than doing nothing. In that case, I am in the Gandalf camp, "When unsure, just follow your nose" :B
